JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform S-Ox Compliance Validation, Regional ITSM Leadership, and Identity Access Management (Identities, Accounts, Access) for Logistics Information Services supporting Parts Distribution and Integrated Logistics facilities in Product Support & Logistics Division (PSLD) at Caterpillar . Characteristics needed to perform the job successfully:

• Ability to learn and assimilate detailed information quickly
• Ability to ask questions to clearly understand from end users what they need and be able to direct them on what to do and provide accounts and access to make them productive.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IT related areas. Education Experience: Six to ten years in development and support work related to systems or infrastructure technology is common. Knowledge: knowledgeable of the relevant programming languages; computing hardware and software; infrastructure elements, and current development processes and tools. Language: Pre-Advanced English Level Behavioral skills: Self-starter and independent; Responsibility; Drive & Initiative; Attention to Detail; Excellent listening skills; Commitment Desirable Qualifications:
• Advanced English
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM practices for leadership needs
• Strong knowledge of LIS FSA Legacy Mainframe systems or SPM
