Performs and assists with vendor life cycle management, certificate of insurance management, purchase order life cycle management, coordination of invoice/work confirmation discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assists with creation of purchase orders including collection of any missing documents, assembly of documents into purchase order package, posting documents to Oracle/ProjectWise storage
•Assist with invoice questions and discrepancies between AP entry and PM work confirmation/receipts Should set themselves as a benchmark for others by consistently meeting all the process deliverables
•Document management of certificate of insurance, Minority/ Women/Small/Disenfranchised/etc. certifications.
•Vendor creation and collection of W-9, ACH Forms, clean and Maintain the vendor records including sites
•Prepare work confirmations for project managers that want help i.e. PM will send Oracle workflow mailer email and ask to have work confirmation created by procurement support
•Perform other duties as required Knowledge :
•Knowledge of end to end procurement process
•Ability to interact with varying levels of staff, as well as subcontractors and vendors. Ability to oversee multiple projects and comply with internally imposed deadlines.
•Expert knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Excel and Office products
•Ability to communicate in a clear and concise fashion
•Effective verbal and written communication skills
•Highly organized, diligent with attention to detail
•Excellent analytical skills, with a high focus on delivery of financial targets
•Focus on Quality
•Ability to work well with a tight deadline in a fast-paced environment with multiple deliverables

•6 Months to 1 year of experience in the procurement process
