We are hiring a customer care executive to manage customer complaints and replacements of products.
Role and Responsibility:
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Looking after the returns received from customers.
- Look after the replaced orders.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Communicating with customers regarding replaced/returned orders and obtain details of complaints.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Salary – Negotiable (as per Last CTC)
Experience– Fresher & Experience both can Apply.
Qualification-Any Graduate candidate can apply.
