As Customer Master Data Coordinator, you will help formulate, implement, and support the best business practices of the organization. The Customer Master Data Coordinator is responsible for customer master data and pricing integrity and alignment to governance standards. This role drives awareness of master data within the business. The Customer Master Data Coordinator will also document as-is and to-be Master Data business processes and deliver training to new team members.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Analyze, build and maintain Customer Master Data using various systems including SAP and Salesforce.com
Take a leadership role in the development and implementation of a robust, centralized and standardized Customer Master Data Management process across APAC; maintain or increase customer satisfaction and ensure master data integrity across the different systems
Maintain customer pricing maintenance in SAP and SFDC based on information received from Customer Service teams across APAC and act as a gatekeeper for new data that does not meet the set business requirements
Implement Daily Management and Visual Management to monitor performance
Maintain accurate audit trail for future audits on pricing and ensure proper segregation of duties
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related work experience OR Master’s Degree with 0-2 years of related work experience
Proven experience in Customer Master Data management and Pricing maintenance
Best practices in an International and cross-functional organization
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Demonstrating Leadership skills and initiative to challenge status quo and implement new processes across APAC
Rigorous work with systematic methodology – accuracy and attention to details are a must
Proficient computer skills, including SAP Master Data, Salesforce.com, and MS Office
