Job Description:
Cerner is elated to hire for the role of Contract manager I. As a contract manager I, you will be responsible to advise internal clients on interpretation of contractual approaches and resolve issues. You will also negotiate contracts or purchases by optimizing Cerner’s financial, operational and legal terms while mitigating risk. You will resolve contractual disputes by leveraging financial, operational, and legal terms considering multiple perspectives and objectives. You will also review, draft and leverage content to create legally binding documents to support contract terms. You will Influence Cerner’s purchasing decisions through alternative business modeling, leveraging all Cerner organizational buying, and understanding supplier motivators.
