About the role:
As a Research Analyst on the Enrollment Team, your role will work closely with the Operations Analysts, Team Leads, and Specialists to investigate and resolve critical blockers in managing day-to-day business tasks. To be successful in this role, you should be organized, data-driven, and ready to take initiative to learn and problem-solve. You’ll collaborate with the rest of the Enrollment Team to continue to build the Enrollment playbook and work cross-functionally with many teams, including Licensing, Legal, Compliance, and others to guarantee the smooth running of operations.

This is a fully remote role.

What you’ll do:

• Support a team of Operations Analysts managing a queue of enrollment escalations.
• Validate and authenticate provider data across our internal platform and CAQH, ensuring 100% accuracy.
• Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States.
• Assist with other ad-hoc projects that support key initiatives across the Operations Team.

What you’ll need:

• The ability to research, particularly via Google.
• The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Be a strong multitasker.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare experience is a big plus!
