About the Role: We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects. The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while meeting quality standards. This is a remote position, and the candidate will be required to have a fast and reliable internet connection and reliable equipment, including a computer and phone.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple translation and localization projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
• Work closely with the project team, including translators, reviewers, and quality assurance specialists, to ensure project success
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring all project deliverables are completed as planned
• Perform QA on translation projects as per company guidelines
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with client requirements, company policies, and industry standards
• Participate in the development and implementation of project management best practices and process improvements
• Provide support to sales and account management teams in the sales process, as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as languages, business, or project management (not required for freshers)
• 1-2 years of experience in project management, ideally in the translation or localization industry (not required for freshers)
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with localization project management tools, such as Trados, XTM, XTRF, etc.
• Knowledge of translation and localization industry standards, such as ISO 17100, is a plus
