Installation & configuration Netbackup
Main activities Perform regular system maintenance, including Incident solving, Change implementation, Patch management, Analyze/solve performance and security issues Complex backup scheduling

Troubleshooting backup failures and taking appropriate steps
Hands on experience on Netbackup appliance, Puredisk and Data Domain appliances.
Configuration and troubleshooting of SAN Client backup (Fiber Transport)
Clear understanding on SLP and Vault
Upgrading and patching the Backup servers
Oracle/SQL/ESX/NDMP Integration with Netbackup
Backup/restoration (DR) of UNIX/ Windows Host
Backup/Restore for Oracle/SQL/ESX/NDMP
Managing Internal Database of Netbackup
Should also have good understanding on TCP/IP concepts.
Managing & Troubleshooting Netbackup appliance, Tape Library and Data Domain
License Management
Certification will be an advantage
Thorough understanding of ITIL process
