Position Description:
Must have an Engineering degree in any discipline from a reputed institutionMust have 10-12 yrs of experience in IT industry with at least 3 yrs of Service Delivery in complex; demanding 24×7 environmentsMust be willing to work in UK/ US business day time zones and flexible to changes in work schedulesSound knowledge on Windows Infrastructure like AD, DHCP, DNS, DFS, CA, File Server, Print Server, Windows Teaming, Widows HA Cluster Services.

Must be willing to work in UK/ US business day time zones and flexible to changes in work schedulesPossess work experience on configuring SRM, Cluster, DataStore and Disaster RecoveryPossess ITIL certificationMust have had prior hands on experience in at least 3 of infrastructure areas – Wintel /Storage/ Messaging / AD / VMWare/ CitrixExcellent written; oral communication skills; credibility; interpersonal skillsMust have worked in similar capacity at an MNC in Outsourcing/ technology and consulting services firmGood knowledge of business continuity planning and disaster recovery practicesMust have financial acumen; budgeting; reducing cost of operations; knowledge of Capex; Opex; resource costingAbility to plan and execute migration and upgradation projectsVendor management experienceAbility to work effectively in diverse; virtual and multi-cultural environmentsAble to work in an unstructured environment and bring structure to a problem; synthesize issues.Experienced in managing conflicts.Strong leadership skillsFlexible to work on 24/7 rotational shiftsOn call schedule and week end change schedule participation
