Designation – Associate Software Engineer

Position Description:
CGI is looking for an exceptional, motivated individuals to be part of the APAC Business Unit. As an Individual, you will take an exciting and challenging role on a team that is innovating across technologies & domains.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Respond to requests for technical assistance by following prescribed procedures
• Research reported incidents using available information sources and tools
• Diagnose, triage and resolve hardware, software, applications or basic network-related incidents Log all contacts and document all the activities and results accurately and completely within the incident management tool
• Assign unresolved tickets to the appropriate support team. Proactively monitor, follow up and expedite the resolution of assigned and pending tickets.
• Identify and escalate tickets requiring urgent attention and action. Stay current with system information, changes and update
• Adhere to work schedules, attendance and leave policies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Eligibility Criteria Degree :-BSc/BCA/BE/Btech/MCA

Specific Branch Computer Science preferred , all branches accepted

Percentage
10th : 60%

12th : 60%

Degree: 60%

Post Graduation: 60%

Year Of Passing 2020,2021

Additional Criteria: No Current Backlog

Work Location:

Open to work at any of the CGI offices in INDIA –

Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Mumbai/Pune

Desired Skills:

• Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with decision makers at customer organizations.
• Good Analytical and Problem-solving capabilities, Ability to learn and adapt to latest technologies.
• Any IT skill (Network/Windows/Unix/DBA) will be great to have.
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
