Role: Project Admin
Job Location: – India
Key Areas of Responsibility
Help delivery Managers to keep tracking the budget, project status, quality and deliverables
Perform support tasks such as:
§ Resource Status reports to key stakeholders
§ Finance, time and expense reporting
§ Project database maintenance and resource tracking
§ Extensive coordination and follow-up with PM Practice Manager, Project Managers and Delivery Managers as needed.
Carry out administrative duties by collecting data, sorting, filing and sending out project files to the right associates and stakeholders.
Helping during Project audits
Tracking company specific leaves like Summer Friday’s , Wellness Day, etc.
Offboarding of consultants
Desired Skills, Knowledge and Competencies
Ability to prioritize and plan, balancing priorities and deadlines.
Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience in representing data to make it meaningful for different audiences.
Excellent communication (verbal, written, listening) skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage a range of relationships in a complex environment.
Knowledge of project management terminology, tools and techniques.
Hands on experience in handling billing of complex project with larger team strength ( 50+ consultants onsite and offshore).
Financial force Work Experience
Desired Qualification and Experience
3+ years of experience working in a similar role in technology industry
Experience in Agile delivery (Scrum and/or Kanban) is a plus
