Job Description

Job Role-:

• Identifying and driving various revenue opportunities.
• Doing industry benchmarking to understand latest market trends and products
• Verification of Invoice bills received from vendors
• Handling Payment Gateway customer/citizens calls for transactions and refund related queries, for specific projects.
• Coordinating with CMS team for taking up various customer requirements & resolving customer related issues.
• Sending periodic Collection reports to Bank customers.
• Maintaining various customer specific data at back end.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams

Job Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
• Applicant should have minimum 2 years’ experience in productproject management. Should have good business analytical capability
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good communication skills in English , Hindi and Marathi
• Persuasive qualities required when dealing with vendors or other stake holders
• Educational qualification – Graduate
