• Fresher/6 months experience postgraduate in Secretarial Science, preferably a degree course else EA/PA Diploma/ Certifications holder.

• Able to clearly communicate well in English, both written and verbal.

• Experienced working during your college in similar role as Executive or Personal Assistant or both directly for the Business Owner.

• Excellent at dictation, record keeping and following of all instructions as well as maintain, track and follow up until all tasks are completed.

• Passionate about your job and role, diligent and meticulous.

• Multi-tasker, proficient with latest tools and technologies used in workspace, offices and job environments.

• Self motivated and driven, enjoys research and keeping up to date with all business news related to your industry and geographies.

• Presentable, excellent at professional coordinations and administration with neat filing and organizing skills

• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19

Once hired, you will be

• Checking all emails on daily basis thoroughly and throughout the day whether to receive or send only after discussion with your supervisor with necessary replies and correlated attachments.

• Making and receiving phone calls, deliver messages on all assigned people briefed during latest conversations with supervisor.

• Using all communication platforms efficiently such as email, phone calls, voice messages and Whatspp texts as well as social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram among others.

• Always ensure highest standards of quality and perfectly following all correlated instructions provided to the ‘t’

• Prioritizing your work and tasks assigned to you with levels of urgency and importance adjoined with them.

• Maintaining fastest turnaround time on all matters of electronic or verbal communications to be exchanged and keep your supervisor fully updated in real time 360 with all activities occurred at work.

• Keeping all calendars involved accurately updated to maintain all calls and meetings scheduled, reminding all attendees including your supervisor.

• Proactively applying logics, common senses and basic IQs to every task assigned and recommending suggestions for improvements.

• Willing to work outside the normal working hours, extra mile and beyond ordinary.

• Excited to join a new startup with options to become potential future stakeholder.

• Ready to work twice or thrice hard and smart with sincere ownerships for tasks assigned.
