CHANEL Hiring for Financial Controller at Delhi, Delhi, India Full Time

Your main responsibilities are:

Finance Business Partner

• Work closely with the commercial and marketing teams to help the company to achieve its financial and profitability goals.
• Support the Managers of both activities with financial analysis, presentations, and reports to assist them in their business decision

Performance Forecasting and Reporting

• Coordinate & elaborate with the Managers the budget and estimations for each of the activity & ensure consistency in the budgeting process
• Follow-up the budget, expenses, and monthly reporting (Media, Promotion, SMGA…)
• Manage and follow the P&Ls for both activities
• Prepare the financial analysis (monthly, quarterly and end of year) to report to the Financial European teams (Fashion and W&FJ)
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Organize and supervise the annual stock take of the Boutiques and our local Warehouse
• Develop and document business processes to maintain and ensure internal controls
• Coordinate all the KPI’s related to the ESG report

Operation Efficiency

• Be involved in process improvements projects where required
• Take initiative to propose and advocate for time and cost efficiencies

Graduated with post degree (in Business, Finance or Accounting) you have an experience of 4 to 5 years in Controlling within an international company.

You have strong analytical and organization skills, and you have a real sensitivity for Retail within a multicultural environment.

Your interpersonal, and communication skills combine with your rigor will be real asset to succeed in this position.

Agility with data-analysis tools (e.g., EXCEL…)
