What will I be responsible for in this job? (brief summary of the role)
Reduce issues that have caused system severity incidents by remediating tech debt, bolstering the products with modern develops practices surrounding performance, resiliency, and scale
Provide dedicated focus on being pro-active on system maintenance, diagnosing issues before they occur, and working on core improvements projects
Support the ENT CTO office posture on Security, Compliance and DR
Mitigate single points of reliance and failures in the people organization of my team, filling in knowledge gaps regarding server maintenance and support
What are the requirements?
Years of experience: 10 to 12 yearsEducation: CIS/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
What critical skills are needed for you to consider someone for this position?
Prior experience supporting high transaction SFTP and ERP applications in HAd environment
Migrating and upgrading servers and data across clouds
Exposure to a 24×7 availability environment
