What does the team do?

As an Operations Associate, you are accountable for all the operational processes in the Trust & Safety Team team. You would be managing the external vendors who are responsible for moderating the content on the platform and will ensure that the quality of the platform is maintained, suggesting process & policy improvement and compliance. You would also be required to be proficient in Advanced excel/google sheets and data management.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure timely performance checks on various types of content on all the domains of POD
• Focused on the quality and the safeness of our user experience
• Operationalize quality assurance methodologies at offshore/inhouse
• Provides operational support for all the domains.
• Manage end-to-end operations of the team and for the vertical.
• Manage performance and quality-related data for all the vendors
• Connect with Vendors for Calibrations, Training, and quality & Policy Updates
• Workforce Management

Who you are:

• 1-3 years of work experience in vendor management and content moderation space
• Language proficiency in Hindi and English language (reading, writing, speaking) along with knowing one of the regional languages would be preferred
• Should know in and outs of the BPO culture and working styles
• Good understanding of social media platforms and user-generated content trends
• Basic to advance skills in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Doc). Ability to analyze data and draw insights – Must
• Should be punctual and dedicated to ensuring day-to-day tasks and assigned projects
• Should be available in odds hours to handle 24*7 operations
• Ability to quick problem-solving & work in a demanding and in agile atmosphere
