Full Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide Sales force and Sales force CPQ support to users
Configure Sales force and Sales force CPQ to business needs
Proactive in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the system
Working closely with our Project Manager and stakeholders to recommend and agree on technological solutions to meet business requirements
Working within an agile sprint methodology
Estimate effort required to complete system enhancements
Promote adoption of new Sales force features
On boarding and training of local and remote users
Support users to build their own reports and dashboards
Champion data cleanliness
Perform data exports and imports
Liaise with in-house and partner team
Manage and mentor a Junior Sales force Administrator
Participate in process flow analysis and business process design
Manage and Support Sales force integrations with other systems

Desired Candidate Profile

5+ years Sales force experience within a sales environment
Certified Sales force administrator or Advanced Sales force Administrator.
Creating reports and dashboards
Gathering business requirements
Ability to create and manage workflows, validations rules and process flows
Customizing page layouts, role hierarchy, objects and fields
Setting up User, Profiles and Sharing Rules
CPQ experience in Product configuration, Product and Price Rules and Template creation
