Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)- Garment Export

The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational efficiency, and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fashion export manufacturing sector, with significant experience in managing factories, working with buying houses, and overseeing end-to-end production processes. As the CEO, you will collaborate with the executive team, manage key relationships with international clients and stakeholders, and lead the organization towards achieving its business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
· Lead the company in setting and executing long-term strategies to ensure growth and profitability.
· Develop and communicate a clear vision for the future of the company, aligning it with the evolving needs of the global fashion industry.
· Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing it at key industry events, meetings with stakeholders, and in public communications.
Operations and Manufacturing Management:
· Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing processes in multiple factories.
· Ensure efficient production workflows, cost management, and on-time delivery of products.
· Monitor and manage relationships with key factory partners, vendors, and third-party suppliers to ensure best-in-class manufacturing capabilities.
Financial Oversight:
· Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the financial health of the company.
· Oversee financial performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize revenue generation, cost savings, and profit margins.
Business Development and Client Relations:
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with international clients, including fashion brands, retail buyers, and buying houses.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in global markets to expand the companys client base and product offerings.
· Lead negotiations and ensure contracts with international buyers, suppliers, and partners are beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
Supply Chain and Logistics Management:
· Manage the global supply chain, ensuring that production and delivery timelines are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
· Develop and implement strategies to streamline logistics and reduce lead times while maintaining product quality.
Team Leadership and Organizational Development:
· Build and nurture a high-performing executive leadership team to execute the companys strategy and drive results.
· Foster a company culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Provide mentorship and guidance to senior management and employees to support their growth and professional development.
