Job Role: Administrative OfficePreferred: Retired Army PersonOrganizing and managing schedules and calendars for staff, managers, and senior-level officersReceiving and processing communication channels, including email, phone, and physical mail.Assisting human resources department with payroll and personnel databasesCoordinating with accounting department to help make payments, process incoming invoices, and verify receiptsEnsure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as neededCreating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as neededOffer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spacesAttend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officersApplication Deadline: 5/10/2021Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusWork Remotely:NoSpeak with the employer+91 7379012748
