Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• In depth Knowledge of Foundry tooling in areas of Cylinder head & block
• In depth Knowledge of Foundry Technology processes of Grey Cast Iron for Automobile Cylinder head & Block
• In depth Knowledge of Core making process like Shell sand and cold box process.
• Exprience on AUTO-CAD
• Knowledge of Pro E/Uni Graphic/Catiya
• Knowledge of Green sand moulding process (HPML).
• Knowledge about foundry castings & cores defects
• knowledge of Metallurgy , Various C.I. Grades
• In depth knowledge about Foundry castings defects and it’s linkage with relevant process and necessary counter measures
• Knowledge of 7QC tools, DWM, TPM, Lean manufacturing, TS-16949, 5S, OHSAS-18001,EMS- 14001 etc.
• Knowledge about Innovation
• Knowledge of elemental cost e.g. Fixed/Variable
• Knowledge of DCP, PPAP, APQP
• Knowledge about Global trends in Castings mfg.
• Technological upgrades with benchmark practices.
• Knowledge about Low cost automation technology.
• Knowledge about change management.
• Knowledge about budget planning & SOS writing
• Knowledge about 3D printing
