Job Description:
Create product listings hygiene on e-commerce portals (like Flipkart, Snapdeal, eBay, Amazon,
Etc). As well as our own e-commerce site. Ensure correctness of information.
Generate new e business opportunities for the organisation. Devising marketing strategy across
portals. Knowledge of managing social media campaigns will be an added advantage
Drive profitability improvements for Ecommerce.
SEO Continually review and optimize search and positioning strategies to significantly grow
relevance for key SKUs through in-depth keyword research
Coordinate with logistics team/IT team and customers to make sure the products reach the customers
as per commitments.
Address customer complaints wherever required
Plan and organise online promotions. Create the merchandizing strategy to ensure key products are
featured prominently, and cross-sell & up-sell opportunities are maximised. Experience with
Managing Amazon Advertisement and PPC (Google Ads) will be an added advantage
Supervise order processing and operations
Reconciling payments from all channels along with accounts team.
Define online KPIs and Report (reports on weekly/monthly basis).
Stay up to date with the latest and best (Amazon or similar) marketing practices

Online Marketing Manager
This position is based at our Powai HO and offers good opportunities for growth.
Sunday weekly off and also one saturday off per month.
Office hours 9am to 4.30pm.
