Chouhan Automobiles LLP is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a BodyShop Manager.

BodyShop Manager – Job Description:

The BodyShop Manager is responsible for maximizing the efficiency, revenue, and productivity of the body-shop department and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Body-Shop Manager is responsible for staffing needs, controlling costs, customer retention, maintaining good employee relationships, the achievement of objectives, maintaining manufacturer’s compliance, and Body-Shop service records.

BodyShop Manager – Job Responsibilities:

• Forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
• Provide the highest level of customer service to ensure the satisfaction of the customer and earn repeat business
• Maintain high-quality Body-Shop repairs and minimize comebacks. Conduct periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality
• Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all Body-Shop department staff
• Supervise Body-Shop technician’s performance and arrange training to keep best practices and skills current
• Prepare schedules and plan staff rotations to ensure that Body-Shop repairs are completed as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Maintain supply and support systems, including technical reference material, workshop supplies, and other materials
• Ensure that all department personnel adhere to company policies and the understanding and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body-shop, service, and part operations

BodyShop Manager – Job Requirements:

• Three to five years related experience and/or training in the automotive BodyShop industry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Proficient knowledge of dealership computer systems
• Self-motivated with a great attitude

• Qualification : B.E.(Mechanical)

Experience : 3 – 5 Years in Automobile Service Industry.

Age: 25 – 40

Gender: Male.
