JOB DESCRIPTION

• Generation of Revenue Reports on Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis
• Generation of Airline CSR Report on Weekly / Monthly basis
• Generation of Monthly Financial dashboards
• Maintenance of AWB Stock Management.
• Generation of CSRs / Invoices to the customers on a Fortnightly basis
• Communication through mails with the Airline – HO for any queries or clarifications.
• Communicate & co-ordinate through mails/telephone with the Stations / Branches
• To communicate with customers for any queries or clarifications relating to invoices generated.
• To generate Debit notes to the customer & collection follow-up for the same.

QUALIFICATION

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing accounts related activities
• Any graduate
• Well versed with MS office
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good exposure of advanced MS excel is mandatory
• Ready to work under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
