Job Title: FP&A Analyst- Europe(Sr.Executive/AM)

Job Location: Corporate Office, Ahmedabad

Reporting to:FP&A Manager-Europe

Job Responsibilities:Responsible for preparation of monthly reports on regional expenses.

• Responsible for preparation and analysis on monthly head count reports for Europe.
• Responsible budgeting and forecasting of regional expenses as well as head counts.
• Need to participate budgeting as well as forecasting activity (including maintaining a risk & Opps schedule) working with country finance and providing necessary business partnering as required by Accord regional teams.
• Need to work closely with HR for finance related tsks.
• Working on ad-hoc operations projects as required to help transparency in organization structure

Relevant Skills

• CA Inter/ CA/ICWA/MBA qualified with a strong academic profile
• Minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience in a Multinational manufacturing company (preferably pharmaceutical or FMCG industry)
• Experience in accounting and management reporting software (SAP, Hyperion, Cognos etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong cultural awareness ensuring an ability to work with global colleagues
• Capable of working on own initiative
• Team player demonstrating maximum flexibility as required to complete key tasks
• Strong administration, attention detail, technically advanced in IT and data management.
• Passionate dynamic manager with a strong presence with the ability to inspire staff, deliver to deadlines and manage expectations with confidence.
• Able to handle multiple priorities and critical decision making within tight time constraints
• Flexible and thrive in fast paced, changing environment.
• Commercial outlook and ability to understand business priorities and challenges.
