CIEL HR Looking For Junior Lawyer at Greater Delhi Area Full Time
We are looking for a Junor lawyer for one of the Korean MNC Client based out at Delhi.
Experience- 4-5 Years
Qualification- LLB
Roles-
(i) Researcher for case laws on SCC, Manupatra.
(ii) Drafting various letters to be sent to client
(iii) Involvement in commercial meetings and negotiations with client
(iv) Legal analysis of various tender documents with government agencies
(v) Preferably a work ex with a lawyer of about 4-5 years
(vi) Willing to adjust in corporate environment
(vii) Position- Deputy Manager/Manager
(viii) Willing to work in a team
(ix) Willing to work in a multi-cultural environment
(x) Day to day support to other department like HR. finance, taxation
(xi) Working with closely with project execution team
(xii) Briefing counsels, solicitors and advocates in litigation and arbitration matters and planning out strategy before taking any action
(xiii) Assess the Risk factor and accordingly inform the Management;
(xiv) Coordinating with the internal department for collating documents required for litigation. Follow up with attorneys and solicitors
(xv) Maintain MIS for board and management presentation on pending Litigations
