Required Experience and Qualification:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction company.
- Minimum B.Com. or M.Com.
- Good communication skills.
- Tally ERP 9 knowledge is must.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain Books of accounts at site level – finalize and disburse payments (Site expenses/local purchase, contractors’/suppliers’ bills, labour payments).
- Reconciliation of accounts book, compile data and prepare DPR, Cash & Other accounting reports, look after administrative requirements of sites.
- Provide attendance of site based employees to HO.
- Disburse the cash salary, prepare the vouchers along verified proofs.
- To enter service entry sheet.
- Control/check & parking in ERP system.
- To provide bill and other documents for accounting to HO on timely basis.
- To comply with all ISO 9001:2008 standards and striving for continual improvement.
Salary: Salary will be decided based on interviews.
