This is a great opportunity to work with a new client to Cielo – Sensia which is a Joint Venture between Schlumberger and Rockwell Automation who are the leading automation specialist in oil & gas production, transportation, and processing with a team of 1000+ experts serving customers globally.

The role will be based remotely in Pune until such time restrictions are lifted

As Senior Recruiter you will be a Trusted Partner to your Hiring Community providing Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle. You will be a brand ambassador for Sensia and be able to provide market insights to help influence and guide your stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Complete a detailed job scope conversation with the hiring leader to determine position specifications.

• Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.

• Build and deploy effective recruitment marketing campaigns specific to the job opening.

• Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language.

• Source candidates via social media channels and deep web sourcing techniques.

• Generate targeted lists of passive candidates using member subscriptions and technologies.

• Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.

• Utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning to talent communities

What will you bring?

• Seasoned Recruitment / RPO / agency experience, clear understanding of the Recruitment cycle

• Experience of hiring within the oil & gas industry is preferrable

• Strong experience of software / technology hiring experience

• Ability to employ technologies in the recruiting process that create efficiencies.

• Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance.

• Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques.

• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders with strong customer focus
