CII MCC Hiring For Education Counsellor at Gurgaon, Haryana Full Time

Location: Gurgaon, Kochi, Tirupathi, Srinagar, Hyderabad, Shillong & Guwahati

Salary: 4 LPA (Hike on Last Salary)

Experience: 1-5 year (As a Counsellor or with Hospitality Industry)

Working days: 6 days

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Profile: Education Counsellor

Achieve allocated admission targets. Counseling Students and parents about our courses and competition exams landscape.

Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support.

Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for giving them ITC experience.

Clarifying doubts of students and parents. Managing fee structure for different programs.

Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.

Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.

Handling assigned administrative responsibilities and visit ITC Hotels and NCHM College.

The counselor is a part of the admissions team and helps recruit our next freshman and transfer class.

Follow up with any situations that may require additional information or help from either the student supervisors or the Telecounseling Coordinator.

Seek to consistently expand knowledge of University academic and extracurricular programs to be able to counsel students within their area of interest and provide correct information regarding such areas.

Complete all other assignments given by the student supervisor or coordinator.

Good communication skill is highly required for an education counsellor

Good Personality as they are the face of the organization.

Counsel students for course and guide them for admission selection

Interaction with Students and Parents on regular basis

Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goal.

Maintain accurate and complete student records with updated remarks.

Result-orientated and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

Willingness to take new initiatives and actively participate in marketing activities
