Job Description

Key Responsibilities :1. Create high-quality thumbnails for YouTube videos, design community posters, and banner arts.2. Design creative thumbnails and graphics for the website stories on a daily basis as assigned.3. Create quality graphics like social media posts, social cover images, and banners that adhere to our brand guidelines.4. Create and design various materials for digital collateral as and when assigned.5. Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.6. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks within design specifications.7. Perform retouching and manipulation of images to make them visually perfect.8. Work with a wide range of media using the latest graphic design software.Skills Required:1. Create compelling thumbnails, and perform A/B analysis to maximize user interactions.2. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web.3. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw, and other graphic design software.4. Strong analytical skills, imagination, and thinking power.5. Excellent eye for detail to produce quality creative designs.6. Preference will be given to candidates who can join the team immediately.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: INR5,000.00 – INR20,000.00 per monthBenefits:
