Full Job Description
What you will be doing
Be the primary resource for all employee onboarding, offboarding
and moving
The Account Admin is responsible for manually transferring data
from paper/digital format into computer systems within stated
SLA’s
The Account Admin will review data for deficiencies or errors,
correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and
reporting needed changes
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by
keeping information confidential
Work with projects assigned by the Team Leader of IT Support.
Experience and good understanding in working with Atlassian Suite
Jira, Confluence, Okta.
Act as the 1st line IT Support within the company
Experience you’ll need:
2 years’ experience working in a SaaS based environment wherein
you managed User/Role based access to systems
Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
Strive to achieve resolution of all interactions on first touch
whenever possible while proactively and conscientiously balancing
competing demands in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with initiative
Experience working independently as well as with a globally
distributed team
This role require rotational shift
Contract position
Nice to have
Industry certifications such as Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco and other is a
plus but not required.
