Responsibilities:

– Interact with customers via Calls, Chats, WhatsApp and resolve their queries -Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

– Responding promptly to customer inquiries. -Communicating with customers through various channels.

-Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. -Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

-Follow company process accurately and efficiently Experience and Qualifications Required

-Minimum 1-2 yr. of relevant experience -Excellent in MS Excel, MS Office skills -Excellent communication skills -verbal and Written-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Requirements:

· Proven Work Experience of 1+ yrs Customer Support.

· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

· Proactive and self-sufficient individual who is action-oriented, solutions focused

Salary Range: 20k-25k

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
