Candidate should have hands on experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windows 10 and MS Office 365 in a remote desktop environment.Role Overview: Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat/tickets and remote diagnostic technical support of OS, O365, PC’s, peripherals and applications.Role Responsibilities: Responsible for providing telephone/email/chat/tickets support for customers on windows desktop operating system.
Assist customers by diagnosing problems, and providing resolutions for technical and service issues.
Performs work in accordance to standardized policies and procedures.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed.
Responsible for customer satisfaction through effective handling of customer problems.
Work requires strong analytical ability to resolve complex technical issues in addition to effective communication skills.Required Skills: Remote Desktop Support experience handling International Voice/Non-Voice calls/tickets.Excellent written, verbal and telephonic communication skills.Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 in a domain environment (group memberships, shared drives access, etc.), Microsoft Office 365 and McAfee client/server application.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10 operating system and MS Office 365.Experience in SLA based ticketing system environment.
Knowledge of desktop, printers, peripheral devices (i.e. Android, iOS), client and connectivity technologies.Basic knowledge in VMWare, Active Directory, backups and network monitoring.
Should be willing to work in a 24 x7 shift based work environment.
Strong customer service, analytical, and problem resolution skills..
Ability to be a team player, with strong organizational & time management skills.Preferences: Good Knowledge of Windows Operating system and MS Office 365.
