What You’ll Do
This is an excellent opportunity to join Cloud and Compute Product Group in Cisco Systems that is passionate about building next generation Compute and Storage Products (Cisco UCS, Hyper Flex) with innovative cloud-based system management application. You will be responsible for driving quality in these products through automation testing. Who You’ll Work With

Qualifications/Skills:
Scale Test and Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience in validation of data center infrastructure products (switching, servers and storage) and data center management applications.
Highly desirable Skills/Experience:

• Hands-on experience with L2 switching protocols like VLAN/LACP/IGMP, etc
• Ethernet protocols and debugging knowledge – mostly Layer2 and some Layer3.
• Experience working with Data Center Servers knowledge, Server Virtualization/VMWare.
• FC/FCoE storage area networking experience. Knowledge on FC/FCoE switches and SAN storage.
• Experience with NIC/HBA technology.
• Building testbeds on a scale of hundreds of servers.
• Strong expertise in test for High-available and Scalable testing environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting/debugging Servers, data center networking switches & data center storage devices
• Good understanding of end to end network architectures.
• Proficient programming in automation with Python.
• Strong knowledge in XML, JSON, REST API
• Passion for coding and can do attitude towards any complex tasks
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Background and experience in software testing methodology, test development and test execution.
• Bachelor’s or a Master’s Degree in CS/IT/CE/EE required.
