About the Role:

Working as a member of the Revenue & Billing team, the Accounts Receivable (AR) Cash Application Analyst will accurately record, process and reconcile all client bank receipts and provide instruction and support to the business users in accordance with established best practice and policies.

AR Cash Application duties include:

• Daily cash receipting for various bank accounts across different companies globally
• Reconcile cash application to the correct customer and invoice amounts
• Liaise with Account Managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely cash application
• Query and resolve any unidentified cash receipts
• Communicate with multiple departments in the maintenance of Account Receivable balances
• Assist with and monitor the control environment around the automated matching software
• Run weekly and monthly AR reporting and action queries with the business where needed
• Ad hoc duties as required

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment

• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Excellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills
• A strong academic record
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc)
• Experience with Oracle is an advantage
