Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Renewable Energy Analyst located in Pune. The Renewable Energy Analyst specializing in Business Development focuses on identifying and creating opportunities for growth within the renewable energy sector. This role involves market research, sales, and relationship building to expand a company’s presence and drive revenue. They work to connect with clients, both new and existing, to promote renewable energy solutions and secure new business. 

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis: Identify potential markets, analyze competitor activities, and track market trends to understand opportunities and challenges. 
• Sales and Business Development: Engage in client-facing activities, including cold-calling, presentations, and relationship building, to generate leads and close deals. 
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government bodies. 
• Opportunity Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. 
• Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals for renewable energy solutions. 
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports on business development activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Energy Markets and Energy Management
• Knowledge of the Energy Industry
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
