The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 2 is an intermediate level role responsible for managing technology projects throughout the entire system development lifecycle in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to research and implement sustainable technology solutions, increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for processing P&R for Branch.
Team Handling Experience.
Query resolution/ Analytical & Metrics reporting
Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures.
Serves as analytical and/or procedural expert representing the unit on cross-functional operational project deliverables
Interact and collaborate with business/product partners, geography partners and regional functions for improving operating frame, resolving issue, innovating new services and maximizing the quality of service and client experience.
Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times.
Ensure service quality is maintained
Understand customer requirements.
Meet required productivity metrics set for the team
Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised
Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately
Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures
Perform control related activities to mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
7-12years of experience in a related role
Proven system development lifecycle skills
Proficient understanding of emerging technologies
Effective verbal and written skills
Effective analytic and presentation skills
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
