Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory of technology stack including servers, functional IDs, databases etc.
Create/update technical documentation for systems and applications.
Record, track, and document production incidents and compliance issues.
Establish a deadline and monitor the progress of the issues. Report and escalate to management as needed.
Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Information Technology field.
Basic knowledge of IT systems including, but not limited to, servers, databases, operating systems, and cloud.
Comfortable with coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience as project manager/business analyst is a plus.
Ability to stay organized and manage time sensitive deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
Remains knowledgeable of changes in technology and industry practices.
