Full Job Description
The Applications Development Intermediate Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Reporting to the PEGA Dev Lead, The PEGA Admin is responsible for installation, maintenance of PEGA Platforms for Citi Wealth and Private Bank Lines of Businesses (LOBs).

Roles and responsibilities:-

Expert in installation of PEGA in container/cluster environments
Responsible for maintaining operational health of PEGA PRPC App
Monitoring Day to Day operational Health of deployed applications
Work with the administration and development teams to ensure the designs effectively accommodates the long term maintainability, supportability, robustness and scalability of the PEGA platform
Keep abreast of the patches including minor and major versions releases
Evaluating merits and risk of upgrades coordinating with appropriate staff to execute patches to deployed applications
Available to support on rotational basis.

PEGA Admin (CSSA/LSA):
8+ years IT experience
Strong technical background in PEGA preferable multiple Global PEGA implementations in the financial domain.
Have PEGA CSA/CSSA certification and have hand-on experience on PEGA platform version 8(PEGA Infinity)
Knowledge of Open shift/Kubernetes is a must

Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
