Full Job Description
Project Management, Governance & Controls

Project Management experience using Agile methodologies (JIRA, Agile Scrum & Sprint plans)
Expert in Project Management for driving critical business initiatives across ASIA countries
Manage all JIRA Admin project processes across APAC AIM
Exposure to Agile Scrum & Sprint plans
Creation and management JIRA templates.
Integration of JIRA workflows with Change Management module
JIRA workflows including project workflows, schemes, permission, notification.
Senior Management Reporting’s – Extract data for reporting and decision purposes.
Automate manual processes, Dashboard setup, project creations,
Hands-on Experience in creating business intelligent, multi-dimensional and cross functional dashboards/reports
Define Automate & Manage project monitoring processes.
Manage all BAU activities for APAC AIM team
SharePoint & MS Project Experience in development and management is a must
Mandatory:
8+ years of experience in driving project management, governance and controls functions.
Min 3-4 hands-on experience on JIRA & Agile Methodologies.
Robust Stakeholder management and Partner Engagement skills across markets.
Effective oral & written communication skills required.
Resilient Drive to work and manage project timelines.
Strong Knowledge of MS Excel with macros & VBA.
Strong Knowledge of MS project & SharePoint would be required.
