Citigroup Hiring for Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 at Chennai, India Full Time

ONLY NIGHT SHIFT

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

• The Payments Processing Operator undertakes the complete and accurate capturing of payment transaction and all payment-related information and relevant parties are processed according to established Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and industry guidelines. Process and Authorize payment transactions; ensure all payments are executed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner; Processing of GL, Suspense account reconciliation; Open item investigation and clearance; Knowledge and Experience in SWIFT. Candidate should be proficient in SWIFT messaging of processing MT103, MT202, MT199, MT101 etc. ; Achieving zero defect for Banking payments Operations i.e. Processing Payment and Clearing; Ensure that all payments are accurately processed in compliance with statutory regulatory and internal operational instructions; Processing deals as per the customer’s instructions and within the Timeliness and accuracy standards specified. Continuous Improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed for the Processes from time to time..

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience

• Demonstrated basic experience in cash management processing and transaction services

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent
