Job Description

The Global Process & Stakeholder Management (GPSM) function within Finance Risk Shared Services (FRSS) is responsible for partnering with the Global Process Owners in Finance to transform the end-to-end Global Operating Model for all Financial Books and Records processes, platforms and results. This is a role in GPSM-Change Management team based out of Mumbai location. Overall objective of this function is to perform User Acceptance Testing, to liaise with different stakeholders, ensure all change management processes are followed and support production go-live. Detailed JD is as follows:

Responsibilities:

• The position requires in-depth knowledge about Software Development Life Cycle, Software Test Life Cycle, stakeholder management.

• It would require test scenario identification & test case creation, test execution & defect identification and logging and documentation skills in Change Management for Data Warehousing.

• Work closely with Senior stakeholders in UAT & ensure the process is followed.

• Should have in-depth understanding of the systems and should be able to perform UAT and identify and report any risks.

• Work with business partners to understand business requirement, create test plan and RTM, perform test execution and usage of JIRA for project management.

• Present the test plan and test result walkthrough to different stakeholders.

• Represent team and provide updates on UAT progress in different stakeholder calls.

• Ensure Test Plan/test cases & RTM are prepared on time and are in-lines with both BRD and FRD.

• Present the test scenarios & test cases to key stakeholders as applicable and seek sign-off/approval.

• Participate in actual User Acceptance Testing and ensure every test scenario & test case is covered.

• Log defects and ensure they are re-tested & closed within set timelines.

• Represent the team on defect triage call and co-ordinate with Technology partners for closing the defects.

• Present the results to stakeholders and ensure sign-off/approvals are seeked within release timelines.

• Participate in production go-live activities and ensure all setup related queries are handled.

Key Deliverable:

• Create test plan and RTM and perform test execution as part of UAT.

• Review test plan and test result of other team members ensure it is completed within set timelines.

• Perform test plan and test result walkthrough to stakeholders and seek signoffs from stakeholders.

• Liaise with business & technology to highlight any risks and provide status updates.

• Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands.

• Pro-active in communicating the issues to senior stakeholders and representing the team on various forums.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in SDLC, STLC and UAT activities.

• Hands-on experience in stakeholder management & co-ordination with senior stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of banking & financial products and services.

• Worked on Financial Systems in technology as a tester.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

• Master’s Degree preferred

Certification:

• ISTQB preferred

• PRINCE2, PMP desirable
