The Ops Sup Intermed Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations – Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Intermed Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies

• Interpret data and results based on the analysis of information and application of professional judgement

• Apply project management to assist operational projects as assigned

• Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow

• Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise

• Provide informal guidance and training to new and lower level team members, as needed

• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.

• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• High level knowledge of related to industry standards and practices

• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated and detail oriented

• Proven organization and time management skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Required Licensing/Registration: Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 63,

The HRSS APAC STS Business Analyst will provide support through data analysis, project management, process reengineering and improvement in the context of a multi-country APAC HR & HRSS internal standard operating model. The responsible person will also drive change through engagement in global/regional initiatives (platform conversions, implementations), identifying automation and efficiency opportunities in the process, and evolving the means by which HRSS delivers support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations for and monitor to completion of HR and HRSS process and policy improvements using operational metrics, survey results, and other key performance indicators.

• Drive opportunities for operational efficiency and digitization of current processes.

• Work closely with Process Engineers appointed to the region and also other STS business analyst located in the region to achieve the above.

• Support HRSS objectives through the effective use of HR systems such as Workday and Service Now.

• Discuss strategic topics, progress of initiatives and action plans, results and metrics with stakeholders including Country Senior Management.

• Provides expert problem management support to difficult or complex issues and ensures root-cause analysis is conducted with any learning applied for future benefit

• Refine the HRSS operating model and seek process improvement by reducing effort and maximizing results

• Identify, escalate and follow up any compliance risk inherent in any situations.

• Provide insights and observations into the scheduled and adhoc workforce reports. Create and deliver presentations to HRSS Leadership

• Plays an integral role to ensure successful delivery of any project through adherence to processes and tools, identification/management of risks and issues, facilitation of and participation in key meetings, engagement of stakeholders, and on-time completion of milestones and deliverables to meet expectations.

• Works supportively and collaboratively with other teams. Links migration and various operation teams together for a common purpose of successful implementation of projects. Works closely with the various HRSS work streams to ensure a smooth process between operations and project teams.

• Develops and maintains high quality process and project documentation as required.

• Works with users to identify system and process enhancements opportunities; Perform feasibility analysis for significant process changes and partner with business teams to develop process improvements and solutions that help to streamline the operational workflow

• Keeps all set deadlines and meets all required service standards; Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

• Tracks, monitors and accurately reports on work stream risks and issues.

• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

• Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies

• Communicates project performance via status reports and updates, including key deliverables. Communicates in line with communications and program plans with team and wider stakeholders.

• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
