Pureland Holding Pte Ltd Hiring for Executive Assistant at Bangalore Full Time

Responsibilities :

• Email Handling – in charge of email accounts, screen and organize emails, filter inbox, clear clutter, and segregate content as per priority and relevance for multiple official email accounts and fix meetings and share meeting invites.
• Communication – make necessary responses and relay information.
• Schedule Preparation – manage Calendar, organize to-do lists, prepare lists of action items, arrange appointments, schedule & prepare for meetings/calls, take MOM (occas.)
• Handling social media – Maintain social media profile (e.g., LinkedIn), schedule and post online content, monitor social media platforms for any issues (negative PR)
• Logistics – Coordinate travel arrangements, plan costs, book tickets, prepare an itinerary, make hotel/table reservations, record travel expense, etc.
• Finance Management – Calculate and manage finances, keep a check on the expense, maintain budgets, salary calculation, vendor invoices, etc.
• Event Planning – Plan and organize company events and team building activities (occas.)
• Ad hoc – Perform other corporate administrative/ miscellaneous tasks and document processing (need basis).

Technical Skills Required:

• Experienced in Executive Assistance and Administrative Assistance.
• Business Writing Skills/Draft Emails/Letters/Offer letters
• Email and Calendar Management remotely.
• MS Tools – Outlook/MS Excel/MS Word/PowerPoint/Spreadsheet etc.
• Official Social Media account handling eg: LinkedIn etc.
• Website building/updating ( Optional )

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in relevant field

Key Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Self-learner, independent and proactive.
• Tech-savvy and able to WFH post office hours (for overseas meeting setup, etc.) occasionally

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹45,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
