The RPA Intermediate Developer role is part of the RPA Production Support Team in Global Identity & Access Management Organization within Citi, which is a division of the bigger Chief Information Security Office. This person will be responsible for RPA Automation development and maintenance across CISO GIAM and for the technical delivery of system design, development and maintenance activities using Automation Anywhere (AA) and other available and approved tools.
Responsibilities:
Design, development, tests and implementation of automated processes using Automation Anywhere and other approved tools and methods.
Assessment of Automation method, verification of technical limitations and implementation of manual processes into Automated workflow.
Development, configuration of new processes and maintenance of existing bots using Automation Anywhere core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Design conceptual architecture, technical solutions and lead efforts to develop, test and implement bots into production.
Follow Automation Project milestones, monitoring adherence to project scope, requirements and design documents in accordance with RPA Playbook.
Responsibility for Automation development and maintenance per development and SLA standards.
Proactively addressing issues and risks (bot IDs entitlements, Bot VDIs, Bot on-boarding, migration etc.) that could impact project schedule and/or budget.
Working collaboratively with stakeholders during the system test and UAT phases to fix discovered issues and flaws with quality.
Partnering in project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality.
Partnering with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent solution delivery.
Reporting status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis.
Supporting RPA delivery by assessing the technical feasibility of a solution and collaborating with the technical leads/architects on Automation design.
Comply with Citi’s design and coding standards, policies and procedures.
Maintenance of existing RPA Use Cases to keep them on high performance ratio.
Communication with all stakeholders on a timely basis and in clear, succinct manner.
Maintain weekly and monthly operating reports.
Maintenance, redesign and fixes of existing automation solutions as part of PRB management,
Participation in process design,
Project Management (Waterfall, Agile).
Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
5+ years of experience in RPA Automation Anywhere 11.x/360 development/maintenance (certification preferred)
Experience in leadership/coordination of Automation Development Projects
Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to articulate technical concepts to Project Stakeholders
SharePoint framework & SharePoint API experience is an advantage
Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline
Demonstrated knowledge of operational process changes and improvement
Additional programming language is an advantage (C#, C++, Python, Java, VBS)
Proven analytical skills
