About The Role

We are looking for an accountant who is responsible for generating invoices, trackinng payments, liase with the Project Manager to clarify customer queries. The accountant must ensure the invoices are sent to the end customer on time and and the leadger is up-to-date. The account is solely responisble for closing the communication with the end client, linguists and the project manager. Must have basic knowledge of invoice payment tools like Oracle Net-Suite,/ Tally,etc. Should coordinate with the internal team for clarification. Must attend the daily meeting, knowledge transfer and trainings.

Job Responsibilities

• Understanding basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping

  Superb time management and detail

  Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google drive

  Ability to keep company and partner confidences

  Proficient at accounting tools ERP systems, such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite etc.
