Job Description

Duties:

• Accountable for the delivery of weekly database filling milestones
• Achieve production volume and quality targets
• Recording of performance against target
• Taking an active role within the team to ensure targets are met
• Maintain awareness of current developments in area of expertise
• Achieve and maintain consistent quality standards
• Effective personal planning and time management
• Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach towards process change
• To take responsibility for identifying training and developmental needs on an on-going basis
• To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager / director on a permanent or temporary basis

Skills/Experience:
Essential

• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to research and synthesize complex data and information
• A good team player with the ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Computer literacy, preferably with some database experience
• Good eye for detail
• Problem identification and solving skills

Desirable

• Knowledge of drug development
• Clinical or pharmaceutical research or writing experience

Qualifications:

• Degree / MSc / PhD or equivalent in Life Sciences obtained in the last 5 years
