Salary: 08 to 10 lacs per annum
Rental Sales –
In charge of the rental business’s overall sales, operations, billing, and collections for the North and East Regions.
Complete responsibility for the sales process through the sales team, ensuring leads are generated and scheduling team member site/client visits, conducting one-on-one meetings and presenting presentations to prospective clients and large corporations, and closing sales transactions by supporting the sales team.
maintain and evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports for the entire team in order to track productivity.
Track market/competition trends in order to keep up with changing customer requirements/expectations. Analyzing and assessing market responses/requirements and communicating them to marketing teams in order to develop innovative solutions.
create new and strengthen existing customer relationships. Managing and analyzing requirements for specific needs, as well as offering suggestions to the sales team for closure.
Ensure that the team follows all processes and procedures, that the collection of required documentation and deposition of such documentation is followed, and that audit checks are conducted on a regular basis.
On a regular basis, conduct team-building exercises as well as sales and product training.
Collections—
Keeping track of outstanding payments and following up with clients prior to due dates through emails and phone calls with complete payment solutions, as well as informing them of the late charge implications once payments are delayed or not paid.
Reporting on the status of tax and rental collections to the Sales Manager and Accounting Controller.
Ensure that dues and overdue charges are collected from clients and that follow-ups are made.
Ensuring prompt escalation in the event of a payment delay.
Rental Operations –
Complete responsibility for Hiring, Asset Management, Site Management, Team Management, Monitoring Mobilization/De-mobilization, Daily Operations, Maintenance & Breakdown Management, Billing, and Payment Collection via a set of people allocated to different responsibilities.
Ensure that all revenue, expenditure, efficiency, and asset utilization targets are achieved.
Ensure and monitor that the operations team provides timely service to customers within the Turn Around Time (TAT) for every breakdown, and collaborate with the service team to minimize revenue loss for each contract.
Keep a close watch on all operations and programs provided, and audit log sheets/service reports on a regular basis, as well as monitor all invoicing done through accounts and personally review all ongoing operationally driven sites and seek daily progress updates.
Ensure effective planning and implementation of preventative maintenance, as well as breakdown management and
Ensure that the operational team works in coordination with the sales and service teams to execute new orders.
Providing help to employees and technicians in order to keep them inspired and motivated to maximize revenue while maintaining safe working conditions.
Monitoring de-hired equipment, moving them from site to yard, and preparing them for fresh deployments.
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Experience of managing the business of a company/organization
Highly experienced in handling sales teams.
Good knowledge of the operations of various maintenance and repair procedures.
Training Your Team and Tracking Performance.
Organizing Workflow
Handling De-escalations
Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
Should be willing and able to travel for client meetings.
Education and Experience
Experience of 5–7 years in a similar role and industry.
A degree in automobile or mechanical engineering.
