ClearFeed Hiring for Sales Engineer at Bangalore Full Time

We are hiring our first Sales Engineer at ClearFeed to help our customers become successful.

ClearFeed is a conversation monitoring platform that automatically detects important requests and helps teams collaborate to resolve them faster. Our first product monitors slack channels and flags requests that need attention with detailed reporting and downstream workflows like automated creation of tickets and reminders.

We are a group of experienced second-time founders who have scaled businesses to $50+M ARR and are alumni from Facebook, Qubole, and Y-Combinator. We are venture-backed by Sequoia and a bunch of top angel investors.

As the first sales engineer, your primary ownership will be to successfully onboard customers and drive customer success by helping them fully integrate ClearFeed in their workflow.. At the same time, being an early employee in a startup, you will directly work with the founders and get the feedback from customer conversations to influence the product roadmap and define the target customer persona.

You will also own lucrative ESOPs in the company.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ClearFeed product to prospects
• Train and on-boarding customers post-sales.
• Helping deploy and make available ClearFeed within customer environments
• Integrating ClearFeed with customer’s internal systems and processes
• Build a relationship with your key accounts and the stakeholders and ensure customers have the optimal experience on ClearFeed
• Provide level 1 application support.
• Supporting customers when required and helping onboard users to the product
• Capturing customer feedback and requirements and working closely with Engineering to weave them into the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven sales engineering, customer success or onboarding or support experience for 2-4 years in the US market
• Experience working on SaaS products
• Experience managing implementation or operational projects
• Good collaboration skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to understand business problems, think of solutions, and effectively communicate the same.
• Strong analytical abilities, and an ability to extract actionable insights from datasets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 – ₹2,200,000.00 per year
