The Position

Cleo is looking for an EDI Support engineer to join our Cloud Support team to help maintaining the existing cloud landscape for our customers along with delivering solutions for their changing business needs. Ideal candidates possess a strong background working with EDI/B2B integration products, EDI mapping and communication protocols like AS2, SFTP etc.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the Cloud environment within Cleo B2B Cloud systems

• Create and modify EDI maps and business processes

• Create and modify communication setups for AS2, SFTP etc.

• Provide bug fixes, perform root cause analysis and provide permanent resolution

• Respond to incident and/or event-driven alerts and troubleshoot customer issues

• Work effectively with other internal departments to ensure the highest level of support for customers

• Track and assess product reviews and escalate issues

• Exhibit a sense of ownership of customer systems and work on issues until completely resolved

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints

Must Have’s

• 3-4 years of EDI experience

• Good understanding of X12 / EDIFACT / Idoc Transaction sets

• Experience with XML, Flat Files and Spreadsheets

• Experience with transfer protocols such AS2, FTP/s, SFTP, HTTP/s

• Team player with good written and verbal Communication skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
