    • Annual Planning of Income / Expenditure / Turnover (Budgeting)
    • Finalization (Preparation of Balance sheet, Profit & Loss A/C, Cash Flow Statement), working with Auditor and ensuring all audit queries being satisfied
    • Co-ordination with Company Secretary for Annual ROC Filling & ROC Compliance’s on day-to-day basis i.e., Change in Shareholding, Capital, Directorship etc.
